I am a Twitch streamer full-time. I am a musician on top of digital artist and gamer, so I have diverse needs. Specifically, I hold a subscription with CrystalSound.AI to operate my voice and my musical instruments separately. Musical instruments and the music software I use are played back through an ASIO device into my reference speakers. The signal is intercepted and copied in as a raw stereo signal into my broadcasting software. However, in the last few days CrystalSound.AI is filtering very little. Guitars, bass, MIDI synth, etc. is being picked up by the mic, causing a very obnoxious stereo effect to viewers. It even allows cat meowing through, which is octaves above my voice! I need the old behavior back or I will need to cancel my subscription and find a competitor.
To make it stranger, I already had the newest version installed for months (Windows 1.2) with perfect behavior for my daily streaming, but this bug seems to be pulled from your web system. I uninstalled the software completely, then reinstalled it (which then left me with an hour of repairing my custom mixer software configuration), but the bug persists. The “aggressively mute other voices” option is now entirely absent. I need technical assistance on this immediately as you are effectively blocking my workflow.
